


Bellway Homes are bringing forward the final details for the Land West of Garnetts, Dunmow Road.
Following an approved outline planning application in 2022, the principle of development on the Land West of Garnetts has been established by Uttlesford District Council’s planning committee.
Bellway will be bringing forward a Reserved Matters application for the site, which will build upon the established consent for up to 155 homes by providing specific details for the site – such as the layout, scale, landscaping, access and appearance. If approved, Bellway will develop the site for 155 homes, alongside public open space, land retained in agricultural use, and a children’s play area.
Bellway are now consulting on this Reserved Matters application. This website provides an overview of our plans for the Land West of Garnetts, and the opportunity for local residents to express their views on the details and design, and provide their feedback.
